Regulation No. 172/2015 Coll. of 1st July 2015, on notification obligation of the recipient of food in the place of destination was published in the Collection of Acts. The Regulation will come into effect on 1st August 2015 and it regulates the scope of information obligation, deadlines and ways of submitting information.
